Your potential is THE best investment!

Stop waiting for the "perfect" opportunity and start building it.

At Harmony, we believe the best talent isn't always found on a resume—it’s built through curiosity and grit. Our Train-to-Hire Program is a paid, immersive career track designed to turn motivated individuals into construction professionals through a high-impact hybrid of theory and practice.

Hybrid TraininG Model

Paint Brushes_edited.jpg

We don’t believe in sitting in a classroom for months before touching a real project. Our program uses a Hybrid Learning Model, meaning you’ll be in the classroom and in the field during the same week.

  • RTI (Related Technical Instruction): You’ll spend hours each week in a structured classroom setting, mastering the technical frameworks, safety protocols, and industry theory.

  • OJT (On-the-Job Training): You’ll immediately apply those lessons on-site. Under the mentorship of our senior team, you’ll tackle real-world tasks, gaining the "muscle memory" and professional intuition that only comes from doing the work.

Benefits Of Participating

PAID TRAINING

Participants are hired as employees from Day One. Wages start at $17/hour and progress up to $25/hour.

Full Support

Wraparound services include transportation, child care, technology access, and GED resources.

Real Credentials

Earn OSHA-30, HAZMAT, CPR, and other certifications, creating a pathway to union affiliation.
