Harmony International Development Inc. strives to revitalize the West Englewood and North Lawndale communities block by block. We use our construction training program, Train To Hire, to reinitiate young adults and ex- offenders into the workforce. Along with construction training program we have initiated the Homegrown Gardens and Get Youth Moving community programs.
Our mission is to engage urban communities in growth building opportunities that foster health, education, and job readiness.

Our target clients are low-skilled young adults, youth ages 8-18, low-income individuals, and ex-offenders reentering the workforce. The geographical areas we currently serve are West Englewood and North Lawndale. Our program aim is to encourage confidence and character building in our participants through program modules. We take a holistic approach to supporting participations towards successful completion. We look forward to continuing to serve urban communities throughout the nation, creating change block by block.

OUR PLEDGE FOR SAFETY
Here at Harmony we are commited to keeping our communities safe from COVID-19. We encourage all of our program participants, employees, and staff to commit to wearing a mask, social distancing, and to wash their hands as needed. For the safety of our community we adhere to all CDC business recomendations regarding tempature screening, socail distancing, use of PPP equiptment, and requiring masks be worn at all times.
